乳腺癌是最严重的乳腺恶性肿瘤之一,手术是目前最常用也是最有效的治疗手段,由于乳腺癌患者术后患肢活动受限,且后期治疗周期较长,患者往往会出现自理缺陷。运用Orem自理理论进行护理,可最大限度的维持和促进患者的自理功能,提高其生活质量,降低疾病痛苦,延长生命时长。

Breast cancer is one of the most serious malignant tumors of the breast,surgery is the most commonly and effective treatment,breast cancer patients with postoperative limb activities limited and later in the treatment cycle is longer.Patients will often appear self care deficit.Using Orem＇s self-care theory to carry out nursing,it can improve the quality of life,reduce the pain of the disease and prolong the life time.
