老年脑梗后遗症患者的心理护理措施探究

To Explore the Psychological Nursing Measures for Elderly Patients With Sequela of Cerebral Infarction

目的分析与探究老年脑梗后遗症患者的心理护理措施。方法选取我院2013年7月-2015年6月收治的老年脑梗后遗症患者70例,按照入院先后顺序将本组患者分为对照组和干预组,各35例。对照组仅接受基础护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施心理护理,比较两组老年患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。结果干预组患者焦虑评分和抑郁评分的改善程度优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对老年脑梗后遗症患者实施心理护理,其效果显著。

Objective Analysis and explored the psychological nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction sequela measures.Methods Selected 70 patients with senile cerebral infarction sequela from July 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into the control group and the intervention group,each group had 35 cases,the control group accept basic nursing only,the intervention group on the basis of the control group implementation of psychological care,followed by comparing two groups of elderly patients with anxiety and depression.Results The interventiongroup patients＇ anxiety score and degree of depression score of improved better than the control group.P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Psychological nursing in patients with senile cerebral infarction sequela,the effect significantly.
