摘要
目的探讨针对糖尿病联络护士,研制专科护理管理行为量表价值及应用效果。方法本次选取糖尿病联络护士100例,使用专科护理管理行为量表,对其管理行为进行掌握。结果效度指数由维度与专家评价条目之间的相关性评分进行计算,重测的联络护士10例,Spearman相关系数为0.821,Cronbach′a系数为0.851。条目平均分最高的为维度二,维度一居其次,平均分最低的为维度四。结论针对临床糖尿病联络护士,研制专科护理管理行为量表,并积极应用,可有效规避工作中存在的不足,以综合、全面提高管理效果。
Objective Discussion for diabetes liaison nurse,nurse management behavior scale research value and application results.Methods Selected 100 cases of diabetes liaison nurse,research nurse management behavior scale,master of management behavior.Results Validity index to be calculated by the correlation dimension and expert evaluation score between entries,retest the liaison nurse 10 cases,Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.821,Cronbach＇a coefficient of 0.851.Entry highest average score of dimension two,followed by a home dimension,a dimension the lowest average IV.Conclusion Diabetes liaison nurse for clinical,research and specialist care management behavior scale,and positive application,can effectively circumvent the deficiencies exist in the work in an integrated,comprehensive improve management effectiveness.
