痰热清联合抗菌药物治疗老年患者肺部感染的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined antibiotics in treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary infections

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗老年患者肺部感染的临床疗效及安全性,为改善老年肺部感染临床疗效、减少患者不良反应提供依据。方法回顾性分析2013年3月-2015年4月医院收治的68例老年肺部感染患者临床资料,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组患者给予单纯抗菌药物治疗,观察组患者给予痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物进行治疗,两组疗程均为两周;观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率及治疗后临床疗效,采用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组临床治疗显效24例,显效率70.59%,总有效率为91.18%,对照组患者显效16例,显效率47.06%,治疗总有效率为64.71%,两组临床疗效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状控制时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均有3例发生不良反应,组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论联合使用痰热清注射液和抗菌药物治疗老年肺部感染可有效减少患者临床症状,临床疗效显著,不良反应较少,安全性高。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in treatment of the elderly patients with pulmonary infections and analyze the safety so as to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.METHODS The clinical data of 68 elderly patients with pulmonary infections who were treated in the hospital from Mar 2013 to Apr 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,then the enrolled patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each.The control group was given single antibiotic therapy,the observation group was treated with Tanreqing combined with antibiotics,and the treatment course of the two groups was two weeks.The incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS11.0software.RESULTS The clinical treatment was effective in 24 cases in the observation group,with the effective rate 70.59%,the total effective rate 91.18%;the clinical treatment was effective in 16 cases,with the effective rate 47.06%,the total effective rate 64.71%,and there was significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The time of control of clinical symptoms and length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions occurred in 3cases in each of the two groups.CONCLUSION The Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotic therapy can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms in the elderly patients with pulmonary infections,with the clinical efficacy significant,the incidence of adverse reactions low,the safety high.
