抗病毒药物与神经妥乐平治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical effect of antiviral drugs and neurotropin on treatment of herpes zoster

目的分析带状疱疹神经疼痛患者应用神经妥乐平联合抗病毒治疗的疗效及安全性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法回顾性研究分析2014年1月-2015年3月医院进行治疗的74例带状疱疹神经疼痛患者临床资料;采用随机、双盲的方法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例患者采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组44例患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用神经妥乐平进行治疗;治疗结束后对两组患者PHN发生率、治疗疗效、疱疹变化情况、不同时间VAS评分、神经异常症状改善及合用止痛药物情况进行对比分析。结果经过治疗后1个月,观察组患者后遗神经疼痛发生率、止疱时间、结痴时间、脱痂时间及疼痛视觉模拟评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的无疼痛率、总缓解率、麻木感改善率及刺痒改善率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组应用止痛药物明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用神经妥乐平联合抗病毒进行治疗可以有效提高治疗带状疱疹及其神经疼痛患者的临床疗效,明显改善患者的神经疼痛病症,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,应在临床中进行推广和使用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of neurotropin combined with antiviral drugs in treatment of patients with herpes zoster and nerve pain so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 74 herpes zoster patients with nerve pain who were treated in the hospitals from Jan 2014 to Mar 2015 were enrolled in the study,the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The enrolled patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized,double-blind method.The control group with 30 cases was treated with acyclovir,while the observation group with 44 cases was given additional neurotropin based on the treatment of the control group.The incidence of PHN,therapeutic effect,change of herpes zoster,VAS score at different time points,improvement of abnormal nervous symptoms,and combined use of analgesics were observed and compared between the two groups of patients after the treatment.RESULTS The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,blistering time,knot crazy time,decrustation time,and visual analog scale of pain were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment for one month,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.The pain-free rate,total response rate,and rates of improvement of numbness and itching were higher in the study group than in the control group,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.The analgesics were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONNeurotropin combined with antiviral drugs can effectively improve the clinical effect on treatment of the herpes zoster patients with nerve pain and significantly alleviate the nerve pain,and it is a safe and effective therapy and worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
