预防前列腺电切术后患者感染可拆卸式病员裤的应用研究

Application of detachable pants to prevent postoperative infections after TURP

目的探讨前列腺电切术后可拆卸式病员裤的应用效果,以期为后期治疗提供参考。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月医院115例进行前列腺电切手术的前列腺增生患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组58例和对照组57例,观察组患者使用可拆卸式病员裤,对照组患者使用传统普通病员裤,对比两组患者术后感染率、对病员裤使用的满意度、生活质量,并比较医护人员对两组患者病员裤使用的满意度,采用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组和对照组患者术后感染率分别为12.07%和24.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在舒适、穿脱方便、保护隐私、管路安全的满意度均显著优于对照组患者,医护人员对观察组患者护理中对穿脱方便、病情观察、操作方便和床单位整洁的满意度均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在活动、日常生活、健康、总体精神、近期指数、总指数方面均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经前列腺电切手术后的患者使用可拆卸式病员裤,能够降低术后感染率,患者对可拆卸式病员裤的使用有较高的满意率,可在临床推广使用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of detachable pants after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）so as to provide reference for further treatment.METHODS Totally 115 patients with prostate hyperplasia treated by TURP during Jan.2013-Jan.2015 were selected and divided into the observation group（n=58）and the control group（n=57）by random number table.The 58 patients in the observation group used detachable pants,and the 57 patients in the control group used conventional pants.Postoperative infection rates,patient satisfaction with pants and patients′quality of life were compared between the two groups and the satisfaction of health care workers with the pants was compared between the two groups.RESULTS The postoperative infection rate was 12.07%for the observation group and 24.56%for the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of patients with comfort,convenience to wear and take off,privacy protection and tube safety was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The satisfaction of health care workers with convenience to put on/off,disease observation,convenience to operate and cleanness of bed unit was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Patients in the observation group were superior to those in the control group in aspects of activities,daily living,health,general spirit,recent indexes and total indexes,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONUse of detachable pants for patients after TURP can reduce the incidence of postoperative infections with high patient satisfaction rate,which can be further promoted in clinical use.
