A Discussion on the Continuous Stable Operation of Electric Tar Catcher

首钢京唐公司能环部燃气厂设置有两台电捕焦油器,小时处理煤气量80000 m3/台,主要用来对来自焦化的焦炉煤气进行二次净化,净化后的焦炉煤气经过精制脱硫脱萘和压缩机加压后,供给炼钢加热炉使用。如果二次净化后焦炉煤气中焦油含量过高,极易造成炼钢工序烧嘴前过滤器堵塞,导致炼钢检修频繁甚至堆钢停产。总结探讨了电捕焦油器停机的可能原因,并提出了改进措施。

Two electro tar precipitator, each with an hourly gas treatment capacity of80000 m3, were installed in the gas plant of Shougang Jingtang Steel, mainly for secondary purification of coking gas. The purified coking gas was delivered to heating furnaces after desulfurization, naphthalene removal and compressor pressurizing. Excessive tar content in the secondary purified coking gas can easily cause filter clogging before burners in steelmaking process, resulting in frequent equipment maintenance or even production shutdown due to steel heaping. The possible causes of electric tar catcher failure are summarized and improving measures put forward.
