针对目前转炉煤气柜活塞漂移缺乏有效的在线测量仪器,南钢能源中心与厂家共同开发了一套智能防爆位测仪,采用先进的光学测量机理,实现了活塞T挡架走台外边与侧板之间距离的在线测量。
As the piston drift in the converter gas holder lacked effective online measurement meter, the energy center of Nanjing Steel developed an intelligent explosion-proof level meter adopting advanced optical measurement mechanism in cooperation with a level meter manufacturer, which achieved online measurement of the distance between the edge of the piston T frame and the side panel.
