摘要 针对4台1080 m3高炉配套汽轮鼓风机运行不稳定的问题,通过实施主油泵联轴器改造、防喘阀起源改造、在线不减负荷凝汽器铜管差漏以及对调速系统的改造等措施,减少了汽轮机故障停机次数和供风波动,为高炉稳定生产创造了条件。 Measures such as modifying the main oil pump coupling and anti-surge valve origin, online differential leakage of condenser copper tube without load reduction and modification of the speed regulating system were taken to solve the problem of operation instability of the four steam turbines for the 1080 m3 blast furnace, which has reduced shutdowns and blast fluctuations of the steam turbines and improved the stability of blast furnace production.
