高中信息伦理教育现状探析——国际视野下我国《信息技术基础》课程教材的比较研究

Analysis of High School Information Ethics Education——Content Analysis of Textbooks

信息伦理是高中信息技术教育中不可忽视的环节,信息技术课程教材中包含的信息伦理教学内容对信息伦理教育的实施与开展具有决定性作用。该文在综述各国相关文献的基础上,通过对全国五套高中信息技术课程必修教材《信息技术基础》进行内容分析,发现现行高中信息技术必修教材中涉及的信息伦理知识点较少,编排比较集中,案例讨论较少。教材编著者在今后必修课程教材的建设中,应深入理解信息伦理教育的内涵,融入式编排信息伦理教育的内容,组织现实案例讨论等实践反思环节,全程育人、全员育人,提升信息伦理教育的有效性。

Information ethics is indispensable to information technology education in high school. The information ethical contents included in the textbooks of information technology curriculum play a decisive role during the implementation of information ethics education. The contents of domestic five compulsory textbooks in high school are analyzed based on the review of related literatures in different areas. It is found out that the problems are incompleteness and over-intensive arrangement of information ethical materials and inadequacy of case discussion. In order to improve the effectiveness of information ethical education, composers should deeply understand the essence of information ethical education, arrange dispersedly information ethical education content, and increase the proportion of case discussion in the future compilation of compulsory course textbooks.
