摘要
目的分析和比较我国乡镇卫生院卫生人员流出特征,了解乡镇卫生院人员流出趋势,为乡镇卫生院卫生人才队伍建设提供参考。方法采用分层抽样的方法,对2011—2014年全国18个省(区)的乡镇卫生院流出人员特征进行分析和比较。结果乡镇卫生院人员流失总体情况有所缓解,但高素质骨干人才流失比例持续增长,转行比例持续增加。
OBJECTIVE To analysis the human resource outflow characteristics and tendency in Township Health Centers(THC) in China 2011-2014 and to provide a reference for THC talents construction. METHODS The township health centers were surveyed in 20% countries which were extracted through stratified sampling across 18 provinces of China 2011--2014, and to analysis the outflow personal characteristics. RESULTS The overall human resource outflow situation of THC were eased in 2011--2014, while the proportion of high-quality personnel and key talents continues to grow, and the proportion of flowing people turned out of non-health sector took on an increasing tendency.
