在分析中国绿色建造发展历程的基础上,从方向要素、动力要素、基础要素、支撑要素、标杆要素等角度研究绿色建造的发展路径构造,揭示绿色建造发展路径在政策引领、制度创新、标准规范、技术突破、典型示范方面呈现的路径特征,并探讨绿色建造发展路径的未来趋势。

Based on the development history of Chinese green construction,this paper analyzes the development paths structure of Chinese green construction from the aspects of direction elements,driving factors,basic factors,supporting factors,benchmarking elements,also reveals the path characteristics which are policy guide,institutional innovation,standard specification,technological breakthrough and demonstration by example,then proposes the future trend of the development paths of Chinese green construction.
