摘要
本文中基于虚拟氧传感器论述了一个可以改善发动机缸间不均匀性的分缸燃油控制系统。该系统通过为发动机的每缸虚拟安装一个氧传感器分析其信号来监控燃烧的均匀性,并通过控制发动机各缸的喷油脉宽,改善各缸燃烧的均匀性。试验结果表明,该系统可在不增加车辆制造成本的条件下,提高车辆的燃油经济性、降低排放水平并改善驾驶性。
An individual-cylinder fuel control system is presented based on virtual oxygen sensor in this paper for improving the unevenness between cylinders of engine. By virtually installing an oxygen sensor on each cylinder of en- gine, analyzing their signals to monitor combustion unevenness, and by adjusting the fuel injection pulse width of each cylinde to improve the combustion evenness between cylinders. The test results show that the system can enhance the fuel economy, lower the emission level and improve the driveability of vehicle without increasing its manufacturing costs.
