摘要
以MAN 6L16/24型船用中速柴油机为对象,建立了硬件在环仿真柴油机实时模型;研制了船用中速柴油机高压共轨硬件在环仿真平台;开发了高压共轨电控系统控制软件和硬件在环测控系统,并进行了电控系统硬件在环试验。试验结果表明:开发的电控系统控制软件可完成共轨系统轨压和喷射控制;建立的硬件在环仿真平台可为高压共轨系统执行机构性能测试和控制策略研究提供可靠的试验环境。
Taking the MAN 6L16/24 medium-speed marine diesel engine as the research object, the real time HIL simulation model of diesel engine was built and a HIL simulation platform for high pressure common rail injection system was developed. Moreover, the control software and hardware of HIL measurement and control system for high pressure common rail electronic control injection system were devel- oped. Some tests were conducted on this platform to verify its functions. It is shown that the common-rail pressure and injection timing and duration are controllable on request, therefore, this work can provide a reliable test environment for performance tests of actuators of high pressure common-rail injection system and control strategies.
