加工助剂Atflow L-24在EPDM胶料中的应用研究

Application of Processing Aid Atflow L-24 in EPDM Compound

研究了加工助剂Atfl ow L-24对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料性能的影响。结果表明,L-24有助于胶料流动性的改善,对EPDM胶料硫化性能和物理性能则影响不大,但L-24的用量超过2.0份后,经喷涂处理的密封条制品表面会析出白色蜡状物质。红外光谱分析发现,析出物组分为加工助剂L-24与喷涂材料的混合物。

The influence of processing aids Atflow L-24 on the properties of EPDM compound was investigated.The restllts show that, L-24 has little effect on the curing and physical properties. But after the amount of more than 2phr, the surface of automobile seal will produce white precipitate. The infrared spectrum analysis shows that the precipitation is a mixture of processing aids L-24 and spray material.
