介绍了建筑直立缝压型金属板在某商业建筑金属屋面上的应用技术,叙述了材料选择、面板板型选择、系统构造等屋面系统设计内容,详细阐述了屋面龙骨安装,金属屋面板安装,以及自由落水檐口、山墙、高低跨等细部节点的施工工艺,指出压型金属板施工时需严格遵循施工图纸,细部节点需严格安装所有配件,并确保施工顺序准确,才能保证屋面工程质量。
This article introduces application technology of standing seam pressed metal plate in metal roof of a commercial building; expounds system design of the roof such as material selection, panel type selection, system structure and so on; and details installation of roof keel and metal panel, and construction process of free falling cornice, gable, height span. It points out that construction of pressed metal plate must strictly follow the construction drawings, details need to install all parts strictly, and accurate construction sequence should be ensured in order to guarantee the quality of roof project.
