摘要
As the key feature of land resource allocation and the core index of micro density control,floor area ratio(FAR) regulation should simultaneously implement macro density policies,guide urban development policies and maintain social equity.This is possible because of its technical,social and property attributes.However,lacking systematic theoretical guidance,it becomes a focus of debate in planning administration.This paper analyzes the attributes of FAR in order to discuss regulation methods,countermeasures and suggestions on FAR which best fit current planning and administration.
