摘要
研究目的:重载运输已被国际公认为铁路货运发展的方向,目前我国对重载铁路线路参数尚缺少系统研究,相关标准主要参考《铁路线路设计规范》,该规范主要针对客货共线的列车,不能完全适应大轴重重载铁路线路设计需求。本文结合既有重载铁路运营情况和建设需求,研究重载铁路线路平纵断面关键参数的合理取值问题,提出相关参数推荐取值。研究结论:(1)速度目标值120 km/h条件下,重载铁路最小曲线半径不应小于800 m;(2)反向曲线设置在桥梁还是一般路基地段,最小夹直线长度一般条件可取为0.6v,困难条件可取为0.3v;(3)双机牵引万吨列车在坡度低于6.9‰时,纵断面坡度无需进行曲线减缓、隧道折减;(4)坡度代数差引起的最大车钩力小于车钩强度要求,可不加限制;(5)重载铁路坡段长度可采用《铁路线路设计规范》中相关规定;(6)该研究成果可为重载铁路线路设计参数选取提供参考。

This paper investigated the key parameters of plane and profile for heavy haul railway line based on the current practical situations and construction requirements of heavy haul railway, and then the recommended values were proposed. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The minimum curve radius of heavy haul railway should not be less than 800 m at the speed of 120 km/h. (2)The minimum length of intermediate straight line should be greater than 0.6 v on the general conditions and 0.3 v on the difficult conditions, no matter the reverse curve is on the bridge or the general subgrade section. (3) The profile slope of the curve may not be reduced on curved track or tunnel sections when the slope is less than 6.9%o for the million- ton train with the traction by two locomotives. (4) Since the maximumforce of freight car coupler caused by the algebraic difference between adjacent gradients of adjacent grade section is less than the carrying capacity of the coupler, the maximum algebraic difference between adjacent gradients could not be restricted. (5) The minimum length of grade section for heavy haul railway could be consistent with the design standard for ordinary railway. (6) The research results can provide scientific reference for parameter selection of track alignment of heavy haul railway.
