摘要
城市快速发展,安全事故频发,常造成重大损失。对于这一问题,研究并设计了城市事故应急决策支持系统,介绍了系统使用的地理信息系统技术和决策支持系统技术。从系统总体框架和设计两方面探讨其功能组成和具体实现,重点研究了地理信息系统平台和知识推理模块设计。该系统为城市突发事故应急提供技术支持,辅助决策者做出及时和科学的事故应急决策。
Frequent security incidents happened with the speeding development of urbanization often resulted in significant losses.To deal with this problem,this paper studies a system based on geographic information system and integrated decision support system for assisting urban emergency aid.This essay attaches great importance to the study of the geographic information system platform and intellectual inference module from the aspects of the system's structure and design.The system provides technical support for the city emergency and assisting leaders in making timely and scientific emergency decisions for unexpected accidents.
