质量建设进程中的高等教育中外合作办学--基于《高等教育第三方评估报告》的思考

Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in Higher Education in the Process of Quality Improvement——The introduction of The Report of Chinese Higher Education Accrecitation by Third Party

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》颁布实施以来,高等教育中外合作办学进入质量提升新阶段,质量建设成为高等教育中外合作办学发展的核心战略导向。5年来,在国家和地方教育行政部门、办学高校等多方的共同努力下,高等教育中外合作办学质量建设取得一系列成果。但也要清醒地认识到,高等教育中外合作办学发展中的历史遗留"顽症"仍没有得到很好解决。总结5年来高等教育中外合作办学质量建设取得的进展与成效,分析高等教育中外合作办学质量建设进程中仍存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议具有重要意义。

With the guide of outline of National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan（2010—2020）, the development of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in Higher Education（CFCRSHE） enter the new period of quality improvement, and quality enhancing is the core strategic choice of the development of CFCRSHE. From the year of 2010, with the joint efforts of Chinese state and local education administrative departments and universities, the quality improvement of CFCRSHE has achieved a series of results. But there still exists some problems in the quality improvement of CFCRSHE. The article summarizes the achievements of quality improvement of CFCRSHE from the year of 2010, analyzes the problems in the quality improvement of CFCRSHE, and put forward some relevant countermeasures.
