摘要
基于对当前供需矛盾的清醒认识基础上,借鉴网络化治理理论,积极寻找我国学前教育公共服务供给集体分担模式创新的有效路径。针对我国学前教育公共服务供给模式中存在的供给主体单一、主体间沟通行为缺乏和责任分工碎片化等具体问题进行了系统分析,并基于网络化治理的思路,从网络供给主体"一主多元"、伙伴关系信任合作、治理责任明确分工等方面入手,探索学前教育公共服务供给的治理路径。
Based on clear understanding of the current conflict between supply and demand in public service of preschool educa- tion as well as the theory of network governance, this paper explores the effective way to innovate the public service supply col- lective sharing mode of preschool education in our country. To start with, it makes a systematic analysis of the existing problems like single supply subject, lack of communication between the subjects and fragmentation of the division of responsibility. Then, drawing on the theory of network governance, we propose the following countermeasures : diversification in network supply subject with a leading one, partnership trust and cooperation, and definite division of governance responsibility.
