On Teachers Living Situation in the View of Life Philosophy

生命哲学关注生命的独特性和完整性、人的生存状态以及对生命的体验和价值。这些为我们研究教师生存境遇提供新的视角,以此为借镜可以发现当前教师生存境遇存在圣化形象与社会地位的背离、社会转型挑战和职业倦怠的纠结、崇高使命和低下生活质量的反衬等问题。因此,必须秉持合理的教师角色,尊重他们正当需求;不断提高教师生活质量,消除其职业倦怠;搭建专业发展平台,提高他们的幸福感。

Life philosophy concerns about uniqueness and integrity of life,people＇s living conditions and life experiences and values,which provide a new perspective to the study of teachers＇ living situation. However,At present there are deviation between a holy teacher living image and social status,kink between social transformation challenges and burnout,contrasting between noble missions and poor quality of life. Therefore,we must uphold the legitimate role of teachers and respect their legitimate demands; improve the quality of teacher＇s life continuously,eliminate their burnout; build professional development platform and raise their well-beings,then will improve the living situations and realize the values of life.
