摘要
本研究探讨了积极心理学视角的情绪劳动策略,研究样本来自浙江省内9所特殊学校教师。结果表明:特殊教育教师情绪劳动使用最多的是自然表现;处于重度情绪倦怠的特殊教育教师比例达到30.8%;希望、乐观等心理资本能极显著地降低特殊教育教师的情绪倦怠水平;特殊教育教师情绪劳动表面表现越高,其情绪倦怠水平也越高。通过开发心理资本、增强情绪劳动能力、合理调整情绪劳动策略,可降低特殊教育教师情绪倦怠水平。
This study explored how emotional labor Strategy affected special education teachers' emotional exhaustion. 150 special education teachers of Zhejiang Province have been investigated. According to the study we concluded that 30. 8%of special education teachers' emotional exhaustion level was very serious; psychological capital could significantly reduce special education teachers' emotional exhaustion; Furthermore,those who used more surface acting,their emotional exhaustion level would be higher. Special education teachers' emotional exhaustion level could be reduced through developing psychological capital,strengthening emotional labor ability and adjusting emotional labor strategy reasonably.
