教育心理学在学生教育教学工作中的应用与实践

随着教学改革与示范建设的逐步推进,教育心理学在学生教育教学工作中扮演着越来越重要的作用。在学生教育教学工作中积极开展教育心理学课程,有利于帮助教师了解学生的内在心理与学习状态,建立良好的师生关系,提高教学质量。本文拟从教育心理学概论出发,在分析教育心理学在学生教育教学工作中的重要意义的基础上,重点探讨了教育心理学在学生教育教学工作中的具体应用与实践。

With the development of teaching reform and the gradual construction of the psychology plays a more and more important role in the education and teaching. Developing demonstration, education education psychological courses in education actively helps teachers understand the students＂ psychology and learning status, establish a good relationship between teachers and students, and improve the teaching quality. Based on the analysis of the significance of psychology in the educational work, this article embarks from the introduction to psychology education and probes into the education psychology application and practice in educational work.
