高校学生留级原因及留级生转化管理的思考

面对现代高校留级学生增多的现状,留级生俨然成为一个不可忽视的重要群体。文章以学分制考核条件下机械类学生为例,从剖析学生留级原因、留级学生面临和存在的问题入手,对留级学生的管理和预警机制进行探讨,以期完善留级学生管理制度,帮助留级学生度过学业困难期,顺利毕业。

Faced with the present situation that the number of repeaters is increasing in colleges and universities, repeaters have been an important group to be reckoned with. Taking the Machinery majors in the condition of credit system examination as an example, the article analyzes the management and warning mechanism for repeated stu- dents from two aspects including the causes that students repeat and the problems they are facing, in order to com- plete the repeaters management system and to help them get through the hard time in their study and graduate successfully.
