以实践为主体的旅游职业教育教学改革

学生在毕业进入社会工作岗位后具有较高的实践技能是职业院校教育教学目标之一。为了能够更好地满足旅游业对人才的要求,旅游职业教育教学就要进行积极的改革,加强对学生的专业技能的培养。因此,在教育教学改革中,需要对教学资源、教学结构进行调整,实现专业标准与行业的对接,从而有效地提高学生的实践技能,有效增强学生的就业竞争力。

One of the instructional objectives of vocational colleges is to train the practical skills in the operat- ing posts for students. To meet the talents needs of tourism, the instruction of tourism vocational education should be reformed to strengthen the professional skills for students. Therefore, in the process of reform, the teaching resources and structure should be adjusted to make abutment between professional standards and professions, which can im- prove the students practical skills and strengthen the competitive power effectively.
