浅析高职心理健康教育教学体系的构建

高职心理健康教育是高职院校解决学生心理困扰、提升学生心理素质的一门重要课程。在现代激烈的社会竞争环境中,高职学生有其特殊的心理问题,对学生的身心健康发展有着严重影响。为了保障高职学生的健康成长,心理健康教育有着特殊的使命和重要的作用。但目前,高职院校中的心理健康教育教学存在一些问题,亟待解决。本文以构建高职心理健康教育教学体系的意义作为切入点,分析了高职学生心理问题的表现和高职心理健康教育面临的问题,最后分析了如何构建高职心理健康教育教学体系。

Psychological health education in higher vocational colleges is an important course to solve students＂ psychological distress, and promote students mental quality. In the competitive modem society, higher vocational sturdents have their special psychological problems which have a serious impact on their physical and mental health de- velopment. Mental health education has a special mission and plays an important role to ensure higher vocational students＂ healthy growth. But at present, there are some problems need to be solved in the teaching of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges. Based on the construction of higher vocational teaching system, this paper analyzes the higher vocational students psychological performance, the problems facing higher vocational education, and how to set up a higher vocational teaching system.
