本科科研实践导师制实行的必要性和实施中应该注意的问题

随着社会的发展,用人单位对本科生的能力要求有了很大的变化,传统的本科生导师制已经不能培养出适应社会需求的本科生,因此,科研实践导师制应运而生。本文介绍了科研实践导师制实行的必要性和实施中的制约因素,希望通过建立科学的本科生导师工作机制,充分发挥其培育创新型人才的功能。

With the development of society, employers are paying more attention to the abilities of the undergrad- uates which the traditional undergraduate tutorial system can not cultivate. In this case, the tutorial system based on research and practice came into being. This article introduces the necessity and constraints in implementation of the tutorial system of research and practice. The functions to cultivate innovative talents for society can be put into use by establishing a scientific undergraduate tutorial system.
