摘要
一些由独立学院转设而来的民办本科高校,对如何强化和落实应用型人才培养过程仍在探索之中。通过调研了解到,注意发挥自身独特的办学优势和路径,如抓住转设契机,发挥体制机制优越性,充分利用企业背景,活用自身办学资源等,将对应用型人才培养模式的形成与强化,起到显著促进作用。
For some private undergraduate colleges transformed from independent colleges, how to strengthen and implement the process of cultivating application-oriented talents is still under exploration. Through investigation, uni- versities should pay attention to taking advantage of the unique features of their teaching and resources to promote the formation of application-oriented talents cultivation mode.
