学生党员带班制在高校思想政治工作中的实践探索——以广东Z大学为例

学生党员带班制度破解了新形势下高校学生党建工作遇到的多个难题,是广东Z大学2010年开始推行的一项重要的高校党建创新工作。本文系统介绍了广东Z大学实施学生党员带班制的基本情况,详细阐述了学生带班党员的四项基本工作职责,并归纳总结了广东Z大学在实施学生党员带班制以来取得的基本成效,同时针对学生党员带班制实施过程中遭遇的瓶颈难题,提出了下一阶段进一步完善学生党员带班制的几点建议。

The system of student Party members in the tutoring class has cracked many difficult problems under the new situation of university student Party construction which is an important university party construction innovation work carried out by Guangdong Z University from 2010. This paper introduces the basic situation of implementing this system by Z University, and expounds the four basic job responsibilities of the student Party members. At the same time, this paper summarizes the achievements of Z University since the implementation of the work and puts forward some suggestions to deal with the problems in the implementation.
