摘要
孔子的现实理想人格为"君子","君子"即孔子的育人目标。孔子认为"君子"应当"德""才"兼备,但"德""才"的地位并非等同,而是德本才末、德重才轻的关系。而当今社会在培育人才、选拔人才过程中,舍本逐末,越来越偏离孔子的这一观念。这一"德才兼备,德本才末"的育人理念仍然启发着今天的我们。
For Confucius, the idea model of personality is junzi, which is also the end of his education theory. In Confucius's opinion, virtue and ability were thought as critical elements of junzi, and virtue plays a more important role than ability. However, modem education is deviating from Confucius's idea at the aspect of cultivating talents. Nevertheless, we can't deny that the concept which cares virtue a lot is still enlightening us now.
