介绍了抚顺西露天矿南帮地质变形的现状,以及在变形区内建设胶带输送系统的必要性。该矿为保证坑口页岩炼油厂废渣尾矿的排弃,节省人力及运输成本,采取半固定式带式输送机、滑橇式机头、旋转锚结构机尾站及半固定料仓等技术,实现废渣及尾矿外排至坑下排土场,节约汽车运距3 km,年可节约汽车运费3 000多万元。
This article introduces the present situation of south slope geological deformation in Fushun West Open-pit Mine and the necessity of building the belt conveying system in the deformation zone. To ensure the pit shale oil refinery tailings dump and save labor and transportation costs, the mine adopts the semi-fixed belt conveyor, a sliding skid type head, rotating anchor structure tail station and semi-fixed silo technology to achieve the waste residue and tailings discharging to the pit dump, which saves the automobile transportation distance 3km and annual automobile freight more than 30 million.
