摘要
结合电力语音资源与业务的特点,研究构建电力语音呼叫云平台架构,以客户需求为导向建立了语音资源动态配置模式,提出了跨地域协同工作与集中管理的建设方案。该研究能够有效解决当前电力语音资源集成、共享、管理和动态调配问题。
Combining with electric power voice resources and business features,this paper researches the construction of power voice calling cloud platform,establishes a customer-oriented voice resource dynamic configuration mode,and proposes cross-boundary collaboration and centralized management of building programs. The study can effectively solve the current power voice resource integration,sharing,management,and dynamic allocation problems.
