摘要
目的探讨女性肠黏膜菌群量与肠黏膜组织中水通道蛋白(AQP)3和AQP8mRNA水平的相关性。方法收集山西省人民医院消化科2014年8月至2015年3月女性肠黏膜标本30例,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门、梭菌属、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌菌群数及黏膜组织中AQP3、AQP8mRNA的水平,分析女性肠黏膜常见菌群量与AQP3、AQP8mRNA水平的相关性。结果肠黏膜组织中AQP3和AQP8mRNA水平呈正相关(r=0.521,P=0.046);乳酸菌量与AQP3mRNA水平呈负相关(r=-0.605,P=0.022);双歧杆菌量与AQP8mRNA水平呈正相关(r=0.492,P=0.042);其他菌与AQP3、AQP8mRNA水平未见相关性(P〉0.05)。结论AQPs可能为益生菌调节肠道功能的作用靶点,乳酸菌和双歧杆菌与AQPs的mRNA水平存在相关性,但二者作用机制可能不同。
Objective To explore the correlations between intestinal mucosal flora with aquaporins (AQP) 3 and 8 mRNA in mncosa in female. Methods The colon mucosa specimens of 30 females from August 2014 to Match 2015 were collected. The bacteroidetes, firmicutes, clostridium, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, the levels of AQP3 and AQP8 mRNA in the mucosa were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The correlations between intestinal mucosal bacterial with AQP 3 and 8 were analyzed. Results There was a positive correlation between mRNA levels of AQP3 and AQP8 (r = 0. 521, P = 0. 046) ;the lactobacillus was negatively correlated with AQP3 mRNA ( r = - 0. 605, P = 0. 022 ) ; the bifidobacterium was positively correlated with AQP8 mRNA ( r = 0. 492, P = 0. 042 ) ; the other intestinal mucosal flora showed no correlations with mRNA levels of AQP3 and AQP8 ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion AQPs can be a target for probiotics in regulating function of intestinal tract; the actobacillus and bifidobacterium are correlated with AQPs mRNA in the mucosa, but the mechanisms may be different.
