加强临床医学生人文道德教育对改善医患关系的影响

Effect of clinical medical students＇ humanistic moral education on improvement of relationship between doctors and patients

加强医学生的人文道德教育对改善医患关系有较深远的影响。传统的医学教育轻视人文道德和人文关怀教育，不能适应我国“新医改”发展的需要。医师及医学生不仅应具备精湛的医疗技能，还应具有较高的医德水准及较强的人文关怀意识。本文从目前医患关系的现状为切入点，探讨带教医师如何加强自身修养，在实际工作中重视培养医学生的人文道德教育，提高人文关怀意识的一些方式方法。

Strengthening moral education of medical students has a more profound humanistic influence on improving the doctor-patient relationship. Traditional medical education despises humanities moral and humanistic care education, which cannot meet the needs of development of ＂ Chinese New Medical Reform＂. Doctors and medical students should not only have a super medical skills, but also have a strong sense of ethics and standards of humane care. This article focused on the current status of doctor-patient relationship in Chinese, explored how teaching doctors strengthened the humanistic care in practical work themselves, attached importance to training medical students moral education to improve the awareness of humane care.
