摘要 卵圆孔未闭（PRO）是否会增加缺血性脑卒中发生的风险一直存在着争议，为明确二者的相关性，本文就PRO的形成、与缺血性卒中的关系、临床上PRO的检测技术及如何减少PFO合并卒中患者再发卒中的防治措施做一综述。 There has always been controversial on whether patent foramen ovale （PFO） will increase the risk of ischemic stroke or not. To clarify the correlation of the two diseases, the article reviewed the formation of PFO, the association of PFO and iscbemic stroke, the detection technology of PFO, and the preventive method of recurrent cerebral events.
