摘要
目的研究凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin及角质细胞生长因子(Keratinocyte Growth Factor,KGF)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)患者卵巢异位组织及子宫内膜中的表达,及其与EMs发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测30例子宫内膜异位症患者的卵巢异位内膜、在位内膜及正常内膜中Survivin、KGF的表达水平。结果 Survivin在正常内膜、EMs在位内膜及异位内膜组织中的表达阳性率逐渐升高(10.00%,36.67%,66.67%,P<0.01);Survivin的表达与EMs的临床分期相关(P<0.05)。KGF在正常内膜、EMs在位内膜以及卵巢巧囊组织中的表达阳性率逐渐升高(43.33%,70.00%,93.33%,P<0.01);KGF表达与EMs临床分期无关(P>0.05)。EMs中Survivin与KGF密切相关(r=0.438)。结论Survivin、KGF与子宫内膜异位症的发生有关,二者在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中密切相关,可能为子宫内膜异位症的发生发展提供一定的理论依据,为其治疗提供新的靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and KGF(Keratinocyte Growth Factor) in EMs(endometriosis) and their correlation with endometriosis. Methods The expression of survivin and KGF was detected by immunohistochemistry methods. Results The expression of survivin and KGF in endometriosis is 66.67% and 93.33 % in respectively, which is significantly higher than that of normal endometrium(P 〈 0.01) and eutopic endometrium(P〈 0.05). There is a close relation between suevivin and clinical stag, hut no relation between the expression level of KGF and clinical stage(P 〉 0.05). The expression of survivin, and KGF is correlated with each other( r = 0. 438). ConclusionThere is a close relation between survivin and KGF, the up - regulation of survivin and KGF may cooperatively contribute to survival and invasion of endometriosis. This may provide new targets for therapy of endometriosis.
