地方本科院校经管类大学生职业素质的提升途径——以九江学院为例

The Approaches to Improve the Professional Quality of Undergraduates Majoring in Economy and Management from Local Colleges—— Taking Jiujiang University as an Example

本文在分析地方本科院校的人才培养特征和经管类大学生专业和就业特征的基础上,提出经管类大学生职业素质的构成要素。本文对九江学院在校本科大学生的职业素质现状进行了调查,发现在校大学生职业素质认知存在偏差、职业基础软素质有待提升、职业核心素质参差不齐、职业拓展素质有较大提升空间。本文从主观和客观两个方面分析了大学生职业素质问题的原因,并从学生自身、高校和企业三方面探讨了提升大学生职业素质的建设性方案。

Based on the analysis of characteristics of talents cultivation in local colleges and the professional and employment characteristics of undergraduates majoring in economy and management, this paper put forward the elements of the professional quality of students majoring in economy and management. The survey on graduates majoring in economy and management in Jiujiang University showed that there were some problems in the professional quality of college students, such as the cognitive bias of professional quality, the improvement needs of fundamental professional quality, the uneven status of core professional quality, and the professional development quality needs to be improved. The causes of the problems of college undergraduates ＇ professional quality had been analyzed from the aspects of subjective and objective, and some constructive suggestions of improving the professional quality of local colleges undergraduates had been developed from the aspects of students themselves, colleges and enterprises.
