独立学院毕业生精准就业途径分析——以湖北汽车工业学院科技学院为例

The Accurate Employment Way of the Independent College Graduates——The Case of Science and Technology College of Hubei Automotive Industrial Institute

本文基于高校内部因素,以湖北汽车工业学院科技学院就业工作探索为例,分析独立学院毕业生就业存在的问题。文章从健全就业服务体系和加强教育教学改革两方面提出独立学院毕业生精准就业的途径,并从就业帮扶、就业市场开拓、信息化建设、全程化就业指导等八个角度提出一些行之有效的做法,旨在提高独立学院就业工作的水平和层次,解决其毕业生就业难的问题。

This paper is based on the internal factors of college and University of science and technology, Hubei Automotive Industrial Institute, as an example, analyzes the problems of the independent college graduates employment, from the sound employment service system, strengthen education reform in two aspects, and from the perspective of accurate employment, employment market development, information construction, full employment guidance, employment concept change, professional setting reform, innovative talent training mode, improve the practice teaching level and effect of eight angles put forward some effective practice, aims to improve the level and level of the independent college employment and solve the difficult problem of employment of graduates.
