摘要
本论文采用烟道气过饱充石灰乳生成的碳酸氢钙乳液加入甘蔗混合汁的方案和结合上浮清净技术,应用于传统亚硫酸法制糖澄清工艺。与亚硫酸法比较,实验结果表明可显著提高蔗汁澄清质量、降低硫磺使用量和减少糖厂排放二氧化碳的量。通过碳酸氢钙与氢氧化钙反应制备的颗粒的不加权中位数弦长,随着加灰pH值的增加而增大,而其形貌主要是球状和立方体状。研究结果可为糖厂锅炉烟道气的利用奠定理论基础。
The process system of the mixed juice purification by using the calcium bicarbonate prepared with the flue gas and combining with floating technology to improve the traditional sulfitation process was studied by our work. Compared with sulfitation process, the experimental results were shown that can significantly improve the clarifying effect, reduce the dosge of sulfur and reduce emissions of carbon dioxide. In addition, the unweighted median chord length of the calcium carbonate that produced by reacting between calcium bicarbonate and calcium hydroxide, increased with the increase of the pH in the mixed juice and the shape of the calcium carbonate was globular and cubic. Which make foundation for practical application in the future.
