目的通过DR侧位片与CT横断位和冠状位检查,确定不同类型的鼻骨骨折最佳检查。方法通过对100例患者分别进行DR正侧位以及CT检查,然后分析所获得的影像资料。结果 CT所检查的100例患者中,显示鼻骨骨折92例,且横断位和冠状位扫描检查可相互弥补,能显示不同骨折类型,DR片显示患者鼻骨骨折有限。结论尽管数字化X光机目前得到普遍的使用,对于鼻骨骨折诊断有所提高,但相对于CT,其诊断的准确性仍有限,对于X线片的隐性骨折,CT的明显优势体现在它能明确诊断骨折的范围、类型及程度,为临床诊断、临床治疗和司法鉴定提供可靠依据。

Conclusions Although the digital X-ray machine which is widely used for the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures has increased, but relative to the CT, its diagnostic accuracy is still limited, for occult fracture X-ray and CT obvious advantage is reflected in it can confirm the diagnosis of fracture range, type and extent, of clinical diagnosis, clinical and forensic provide a reliable basis.
