剖宫产术后再次足月妊娠阴道分娩的临床分析

Clinical analysis of another full-term pregnancy after cesarean section vaginal delivery

目的分析剖宫产术后再次足月妊娠阴道分娩的临床疗效。方法将240例产妇分为观察组95例(阴道分娩)、对照组145例(再次剖宫产)。结果观察组总产程时间、术中出血量、住院时间少于对照组,产后产褥病发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿窒息对比,P>0.05。结论掌握剖宫产术后再次足月妊娠阴道分娩适应症,尽量选择阴道分娩。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy after cesarean section at term pregnancy vaginal delivery. Methods 240 cases of women divided into two groups 95 cases （vaginal delivery）, 145 cases in the control group （cesarean section）. Results The total labor time, blood loss, hospital stay than the control group, the incidence of postpartum puerperal lower than the control group, P 〈 0. 05; Apgar score, compared to asphyxia, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusions Mastering term pregnancy vaginal birth after cesarean section indications again, try to choose a vaginal delivery.
