输尿管镜钬激光和气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的比较

Ureteroscopy holmium laser and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy comparison for the treatment of ureteral calculi

目的对比输尿管镜钬激光及气压弹道碎石术在输尿管结石中应用的临床疗效。方法收集2013年10月至2014年10月我院收治的输尿管结石188例患者的临床资料,随机分为钬激光组和气压弹道组进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率、手术时间、碎石成功率、结石排净率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),3个月后对两组患者进行随访,钬激光组无1例复发患者,而气压弹道组有5例发生复发。结论在治疗输尿管结石中采用输尿管镜钬激光治疗效果更佳,具有较强的安全性,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the treatment of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopy holmium laser and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy clinical effect of two ways. Methods In October 2012 to October 2014, our hospital during the period of 188 cases of ureteral calculi patients, according to the different methods of treatment were divided into observation group and control group, observation group with ureteroscopy holmium laser treatment, control group adopts pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The treatment of patients with observation group total effective rate, the success rate of operation time, gravel, stone platoon net rate were better than the control group patients, and compare differences apparent, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions In the treatment of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopy holmium laser, the effect is better with strong security, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
