实习护生岗前培训前后护理风险认知调查 被引量:2

Investigation on cognitive status of nursing risk before and after pre-job training of nursing students

摘要 目的了解实习护生岗前培训前后护理风险认知状况。方法自行设计调查表,对180名实习护生岗前培训前后护理风险认知状况进行问卷调查,并采用内容分类评分及配对t检验进行分析和对比。结果实习护生通过岗前培训后,护理风险认知调查评分较培训前明显提高,护理风险管理、护理规章制度、护理防护知识、护理相关法律法规的得分由培训前的(6.2±1.2)、(2.5±1.1)、(2.0±0.8)、(3.1±1.1)升至培训后的(11.1±1.1)、(4.5±0.6)、(3.1±0.4)、(4.7±0.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习护生岗前护理风险知识认知状况差,岗前培训后实习护生护理风险知识明显提高。 Objective To understand the practice of nursing risk before and after the pre-job training of nursing students cognitive status.Methods Self-designed questionnaire, 180 escort pre-service training of nursing risk before and after cognitive situation had carried on the questionnaire survey, the content part marking and paired t test were analyzed and compared.Results After practice nursing students through the pre-service training, obviously improved the nursing risk awareness survey score before the training, nursing, nursing risk management rules and regulations, nursing safety knowledge, relevant laws and regulations of score by training before (6.2 ±1.2), (2.5 ±1.1), (2.0 ±0.8), (3.1 ±1.1) to (11.1 ±1.1) after the training, (4.5 ± 0.6), (3.1 ±0.4), (4.7 ±0.5), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Pre-service nursing risk knowledge condition of practice nursing students is poor, after the pre-service training, knowledge condition of nursing risk in practice nurses has improved significantly.
