摘要
目的探讨不同浓度高渗盐水对颅脑创伤(TBI)后脑组织受体相互作用蛋白激酶-1(Pd PK-1)表达的影响。方法收集建立三组在院前急救至院内手术阶段使用10%、7.5%、3%浓度高渗盐水的创伤的手术患者,每组患者30名,术中取创伤患者损伤区组织进行免疫组织化学染色,检测RIPK-1在基因和蛋白水平的表达。结果发现7.5%浓度的高渗盐水作用下的RIPK-1蛋白上调表达较10%、3%浓度高渗盐水作用下的RIPK-1蛋白上调表达均低。结论使用7.5%的高渗生理盐水能较其他高渗生理盐水更好的治疗颅脑创伤(TBI),这为TBI的在高渗盐水使用的上提供了准确研究依据。
Objective To explore the effect of different concentration of hypertonic saline on the expression of receptor interacting protein kinase 1( Pd PK a 1) after traumatic brain injury( TBI). Methods Traumatic brain injurypatients,who received the treatment of hypertonic saline( 10%,7. 5%,3%) from pre-hospital first aid to hospital operation stage,were enrolled in the study,they were divided into three groups,30 patients in each group. Cortical cells from trauma damaged area were collected for immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of RIPK a 1 gene and protein. Results The expression of RIPK- 1 protein induced by7.5% hypertonic saline was lower than the expression of RIPK- 1 protein induced by 10% and 3% hypertonic saline. Conclusions 7. 5% hypertonic saline is better than other hypertonic saline in the treatment of traumatic brain injury( TBI),and providesreference for the use of hypertonic saline.
