加强社区健康教育管理在防控手足口病疫情扩散中的作用

Enhance the effect of communityhealth education management in controlling the spread of epidemic of hand foot mouth disease

目的研究加强社区健康教育管理在防控手足口病疫情扩散中的作用。方法采用整体抽样的方法,选取接受手足口病健康教育管理的231例社区居民作为观察组,以及未接受健康教育管理的232例社区居民作为对照组,观察两组居民对防控手足口病疫情扩散的了解程度。结果观察组居民对手足口病的紧张程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组居民对疾病的了解程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论加强社区健康教育管理能增加居民对手足口病的了解,有利于抑制手足口病的扩散,促进儿童的健康成长。

Objective To study the effect of strengthening the community health educationmanagement in the prevention and control of the epidemic of hand- foot- mouth disease. Methods Take a cluster samplingmethod tochoose231 cases ofcommunity residentswho accept health education management on hand- foot- mouth disease as the observation group,and those 232 cases of community residents who didn＇treceive health education management as control group,observed theunderstanding degree on the prevention and control of hand- foot- mouth disease epidemic diffusion. Results Residents in observation group were less nervous about hand- foot- mouth disease when compared to control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.On the contrary,the level of understanding of the disease was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Strengthening the management of community health education can increase the understanding of the hand- foot- mouth disease. It is beneficial to inhibit the spread of hand- foot- mouth disease,and promote the healthy growth of children.
