24周综合运动对45至59岁中年人群膝关节等速肌力干预效果的研究

Intervention outcomes of 24-week comprehensive exercise on knee isokinetic muscle strength in 45-59-year-old middle-aged population

摘要 目的探讨24周综合运动干预方案对中年健身人群膝关节肌群力量素质的影响。方法选取年龄45至49岁中年男性21人、女性34人进行运动干预并进行等速肌力测量膝关节肌群,指标包括屈膝峰值力矩(FPT)、伸膝峰值力矩(E胛)、屈膝相对峰值力矩(FPT/BW)、屈膝相对峰值力矩(EPT/BW)、屈伸力矩比(F/E)、屈膝总功(FTW)、伸膝总功(ETW)、屈膝平均功率(FAP)、伸膝平均功率(EAP)。结果男性受试者在60°/s速度运动干预16周、24周后较运动干预前FPT(屈)分别增加14.18%、11.52%,FPT/BW(屈)分别增加16.39%、15.57%,EPT/BW(伸)分别增加0.45%、6.28%,F/E、FTW(屈)、ETP(伸)等指标呈现出明显增加。在180°/s速度下上述各指标增加幅度更为明显。女性受试者在60°/s速度运动干预16周、24周后较运动干预前FPT(屈)分别增加29.48%、27.66%,FPT/BW(屈)分别增加29.76%、29.76%,在180。/s速度下除EPT/BW(伸)、ETP(伸)无明显变化外,上述各指标呈现出更为显著的增加。结论24周综合运动干预对中年健身人群膝关节肌群力量素质有明显改善,本方案对中年人群膝关节肌群的锻炼有显著促进作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of the intervention protocol of 24- week comprehensive exercise on knee isokinetic muscle strength in middle-aged population. Methods Twenty- one males and 34 females aged 45-49 years were included in the study and underwent exercise intervention and isokinetic muscle strength measurement to determine indicators of the knee muscle group, which included flexion peak torque (FPT), extension peak torque (EPT), FPT/BW, EPT/BW, Flexor/Extensor (F/ E) , flexion total work (FTW) , extensor total work (ETW) , flexion average power (FAP) , and extensor average power (EAP). Results The FPT (flexor) , FPT/BW (flexor) and EPT/ BW (flexor) in male subjects were increased 14.18% vs. 11.52%, 16.39% vs. 15.57%, and 0.45% vs. 6.28% after received 60°/ sexercise intervention at 16 and 24 weeks respectively, compared with those at baseline. Also, the indicators of F/E, FTW (flexor) and ETP (extension) showed a significant increase. All the above indicators in males were increased more significantly at 180~/s. The FPT (flexor) and FPT/BW (flexor) in female subjects were increased 29.48% vs. 29.76%, and 29.76% vs. 29.76% after received 60°/s exercise intervention at 16 and 24 weeks respectively, compared with those at baseline. In addition to EPT/BW (extension) and ETP (extension) , which had no significant changes at 180°/s, all the mentioned indicators in females were increased more significantly. Conclusion The 24- week comprehensive exercise can significantly improve the strength quality of knee muscle strength quality in middle-aged population. It can significantly promote the exercising of knee muscle group in middle-aged population.
