眼针联合体针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating the Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Combining Eye Acupuncture with Body Acupuncture

目的:观察眼针联合体针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组36例,对照组30例。两组患者均予以体针治疗,取肾俞、气海会、关元会、环跳、风市、承扶、殷门、委中。观察组在体针的基础上给予眼针治疗(肾区或/和膀胱区),隔天1次,3周后观察两组腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛的改善情况。结果:治疗前观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分为27.92±6.26,对照组为27.84±6.20。治疗后观察组为10.17±3.10,对照组为13.03±3.41,评分差异有统计学意义。结论:眼针联合体针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛的临床疗效显著,可显著提高患者的活动能力和生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on pain of lumbar disc herniation. Methods：66 patients were divided into a treatment group （n = 36 ） and a control group （n = 30）. In two groups patients were given body acupuncture treatment at acupoints of Shenshu, Qi- haishu, Guanyuanshu, Huantiao, Fengshi, Chengfu, Yinmen and Weizhong. In the treatment group, eye acu- puncture was given combined with body acupuncture at the area of bladder and/or kidney. The treatment was given once every other day. The improvement of their pain was observed after three weeks by using the Oswestry disability index （ODI） score. Results： The ODI score in the treatment group was 27.92 ± 6.26 while in the con- trol group it was 27.84 ± 6.20 before treatment. The ODI score in the treatment group was 10.17 ± 3.10 while in the control group it was 13.03 ± 3.41 after treatment. Conclusion：Eye acupuncture combined with body acu- puncture can significantly improve the pain, mobility, quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
