针刺结合四藤通络汤外洗法治疗桡神经麻痹的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Radial Nerve Palsy

目的:观察针刺结合四藤通络汤外洗法治疗桡神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将70例桡神经麻痹患者随机分为针药结合治疗组和药物对照组,进行对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率94.28%,对照组为77.14%,经统计学分析两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合四藤通络汤外洗法治疗桡神经麻痹疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine external washing for the treatment of radial nerve palsy. Methods ：70 cases of radial nerve palsy were randomly divided into a treatment group （acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine） and a control group （intramuscular in- jection of vitamin B1 and vitamin B12, and oral prednisone tablets）. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.28%. The total effective rate of control group was 77. 14%. There were significant differences between two groups by statistical analysis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of acupunc- ture combined with Chinese medicine on radial nerve paralysis is remarkable and worth promoting.
