电针辅助全身麻醉对瑞芬太尼诱导痛觉过敏的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨电针辅助麻醉对瑞芬太尼诱导的痛觉过敏的作用。方法:选取2013年1月~2014年12月在我院行择期肺叶切除术的早期肺癌患者80例,随机分为对照组(A组)和实验组(B组),每组各40例。对照组全程手术仅采用全身麻醉;实验组在全身麻醉的基础上全程接受内关穴、曲泽穴、郄门穴电针刺激,术后均采用舒芬太尼和地佐辛进行连续镇痛。术毕记录两组患者术后舒芬太尼和地佐辛用量,采用视觉模糊评分法(VSA)评估术后0.5、1、2、4、12、48 h患者的疼痛程度。结果:术后实验组的VSA评分、舒芬太尼总用量、使用地佐辛补救镇痛的人数比例均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:电针辅助麻醉可显著抑制瑞芬太尼麻醉引起的痛觉过敏。 Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture assistant general anesthesia on hyperalge- sia induced by remifentanil. Methods:80 early stage lung cancer patients who suffered elective lobectomy were randomly divided into a control group (A) and an experimental group (group B) with 40 cases in each group from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital. Patients in the control group only received general anes- thesia throughout the surgery; patients in the experimental group received electroacupuncture at Neiguan, Quze, Ximen points on the basis of general anesthesia throughout the surgery. After surgery sufentanil and dezocine a- mount,visual blur scores (VSA) of postoperative pain in patients 0.5,1,2,4,12,48 h were recorded in two groups. Results:The postoperative VSA score, the total amount of sufentanil and dezocine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture as- sisting anesthesia can significantly inhibit hyperalgesia induced by remifentanil.
